Service description:

Customer Connection Programs (CCP’s) are direct engagements between engineering team(s) and M365 Enterprise Customers (S2500) or Cloud Service Provider Partners (CSPs).

CCPs provide engineering with timely customer insights and feedback to help ensure services and features being planned, developed, or released meet the needs and expectations of our most strategic customers.

Engagement options are designed to align with different engineering stages of service / feature development, from ideation & planning, to design, to Private Previews (for public preview and/or GA release readiness validation). C

CP engagements can be structured to support the End-to-End product development lifecycle to ensure customer centric features are being developed and delivered.
